The project in Play! Indoor & Outdoor range from nurse schools to outdoor playgrounds to day care centers, and are located everywhere from Japan and Brazil to Portugal and Norway. However, all of the project share an incredible ability to reinvent space based on the scale, safety, socialization patterns, involvement, and educational and emotional needs of the children whose formative years take place in these buildings. Unprecedented in the extent to which these designers focus on the way a child thinks, the spaces within Play! Indoor & Outdoor surpass all previous designed play spaces through the careful consideration of each element.
